Our Patient Assistance Program
Missouri Kidney Program offers financial assistance for some medical-related expenses to low-income Missourians who have Chronic Kidney Disease (Stage 5), and are on routine dialysis or have a kidney transplant. MoKP currently provides assistance with kidney-related medications. Application for assistance is provided through the dialysis or transplant facility social worker. Income documentation is required to prove financial eligibility.

Medication assistance is only available to low-income dialysis and transplant
patients. Check with your clinic social worker to determine eligibility.
